6. Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, exchanges are available under the following conditions:

  • Transit Damage: If the item is damaged during delivery, you may request an exchange within 48 hours of receiving the product. Proof of damage (photos/videos) must be submitted.

  • Size Exchange: If the wrong size is delivered, you may request an exchange within 2 days. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
